• Returns will only be returned to your account for refund, credit or replacement if they are returned in a new, unused and unopened condition. Any return must be received no later than 30 days after original invoice date.
• If your product is defective and needs repair according to a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly or the ProForce Support Center at 800-367-5855 for assistance in contacting the manufacturer.
• Special order items cannot be returned.
• Original Invoice must accompany all returns or the invoice number must be given in order to receive proper credit.
• Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
